    PH levels

I've been wondering, what is the specific PH of a 26-29% KOH and distilled water solution. I tried testing my electrolyte with a garden soil PH tester, it went off the dial with alkalinity. If there is a specific number and a way of testing for it, that would save time and effort in making sure you have the correct mixture.
I understand as HHO is manufactured the alkalinity will increase.... I'm just looking for a more precise way of knowing what's in my booster.

PH testing wont help you, the ph differance bettween 14% and 28% KOH is very minamal. The Spaific gravity does work, a good battery hydrometer will help you. I'll double check, but i think the SG for 28% KOH is 1.26712 (this is the correct #)
