Who has built one and what are the parts I'd need to build it ?
I have access to big Fluorescent light transformers also. Can I use one of these to power a cell ?
Looking for to get way from high amp draw and heat.

what is it?

WHAT !!!! Stan Meyer was able to get ALOT of HHO out of water by the use of Hi voltage and 1/2 amp by building a charge in his cell to the point it discharges all of its power over and over again very fast. He found the just right frequency that it made it all happen with very low amp draw "1/2amp" and hardly no heat....
This is the circuit he used...
Ok, I knew that. You threw me off with the "VIC" part.

See I can wire up about anything, BUT when it comes down to this kind of stuff I'm lost...
Is it sort of like a stun gun but uses the tubes to set off the zap ?
Dennis should be able to build that easily enough, if he could acquire the right componets.

The Air Force lets me trouble shoot systems, make minor repairs on connections and old style boards, but when it comes to solid state stuff, they make us send it off for repair. All I get to do is isolate the faults to the little black boxes. If its a broken wire, bad relay, circuit breakers or connectors then we can fix it, but if its inside a "little black box" then we send it off for repair most of the time. There are some boxes we are allowed to fix. I believe we send them off mostly because we dont have the facilities to do small circuit repair.

Yeah but thats no fun.......... I want to build it from basically scratch...
What type of power is that ? Transformer right... how about a transformer from a large Fluorescent light ?
