buy observing the laws of convection hot water rises, cool water sinks.
this could create a convectional flow of water through the system maybe?

well if its pumping 20LPM out the top it would be sucking that water pretty hard down that line, might need that pump so the gen doesnt fill up with HHO and not have enough water. but then the pump would have to be pumping 20LPM of water or more. but I dont think that would be a problem
The way I see it, if you're gonna build a time machine into a car, why not do it with some style?

I use a pump only because of the placement of my components. They are scattered behind the grill, behind the bull bar, on the lower chassis etc and I want to ensure the system circulates well for cooling purposes.
Also my pump would be before the trans coolers once they go in

cabrera how many LPM are you getting out of that 21 plate cell configured like that? looks pretty nice. and where did you get that dc powered water pump?

    Just a thought...
It's late & my mind is wandering.
If I made the system closed (pressurized) it would lower the boiling point.
All well & fine but what could be used to safely extract the HHO w/o depressurizing the closed system?
    any ideas?

Right now 2LPM but I'm not pushing the amps past 10.

The Surflo is a marine pump used for supplying water to a single boat fixture I got it from Amazon it's a SHURflo 100-009-21 Nautilus 1.0 GPM Pump. It has a diaphragm instead of an impeller so the KOH won't destroy it. I paid $45 shipped.

there is a valve of some kind that would keep the vacuume from sucking all the water out of my system into my vacuum? i know there is I forget what its called. Baltazar called it a while back. I guess ttat would be the answer

Are you talking about those types of valves that let fluid through when there is LESS of a pressure difference between the two sides? i.e. when there is a hard vacuum, the valve restricts flow, and when the pressure difference on each side is very low, it is wide open? I can't remember the name either....

I could be wrong, but I think that sort of thing will be unstable. Positive feedback and such...
