    no secrets

Every little bit of info is online, there really isn't anything new. It all boils down to 1.50 to 1.75 volts per cell, all cells have to be isolated from the next. The thing will run away and overheat otherwise. I'm making a liter in 10 seconds at 5-6 amps.

Wow, you have the best numbers of anyone anywhere by about 1000%. 6 LPM AT 6 amps. Care to share How you can do this 71 MMW?

Or do you mean at 115 volts which is closer to 8.7 MMW which is still worth sharing

yea its high VDC, low amp. Ive seen 20LPM at 260VDC/10amps. I think it was a 150 plate cell. nothing new
The way I see it, if you're gonna build a time machine into a car, why not do it with some style?
