    120VAC to 50,000VDC Diode Bridge

I was just wondering if anyone had seen these plans, what the amperage would be like, etc...

I've not built one myself, but just throwing it out there! =D

never seen it, but it would be fun to build and watch an HHO cell implode itself into a nuclear ball of fire.

In 1995 i had to rebuild a massive generator of the type discribed for Southhampton university in England. They used it for testing the high voltage cables in submarines.
it was constructed of resistors in banks of about 500 at a time moulded into a long resisrtor and these in turn were joined together to make long rods of about 4 feet each.
These rods were then assembled in a latice configeration with corrona caps on the ends.

When this machine was turnt on it was like the begining of the terminator filme with streaks of lightning flashing over to all of the metal parts of the metal framed building that we were in.
I do not know if they still use this device at this university, but if you look at their web site you may be able to find a picture of it.
