I recently installed an hho generator in my 01' ranger and was getting a couple mpg's less then before so I installed an maf sensor enhancer and I'm get the same result plus now it doesn't idle right and sometimes when I engage the clutch to shift the rpm's go up or stay at 3000 or so for a second before going down. I'm very frustrated, please help.

Was the engine poping any codes before the install. Was it running perfectly. Is the enhancer hooked up corectly.

sounds like you may have other issues. Like Boltazar said, check enging light?
The way I see it, if you're gonna build a time machine into a car, why not do it with some style?
