    Idling on HHO???

I have a 94 Cummins 5.9 B-series diesel that I am looking at installing an HHO on. I will be injecting roughly 3 to 4ml per minute. If I am idling for say 10 minutes, will this cause damage?? I have heard that it can cause an explosion. Is this true?? Also will it cause rust in the turbo or cylinders?

    Hey tcr,
I think you meant to type '3 to 4 lpm'. Idling with HHO is a non-issue. HHO CAN cause an explosion, but not the way we (you) use it, as in an on-demand system with no compressed storage. HHO won't hurt your turbo IF your cell's output is "invisible", meaning no visible fog or mist. If you can see the output then that means you're running the cell too hot and making steam. Steam carries a minute amount of KOH with it and will start to corrode anything made of aluminum in your intake system. Is the cold side of your turbo aluminum or steel?
