    Ethanol Free Gas :)

I found these sites that may help you to find 100% gasoline.
    www.pure-gas.org
    www.buyrealgas.com

It seems to me that 10% ethanol allways = 10% wrost MPG

I've read comments like this a few times before and accept that that is the case with your vehicle.
I've alternated between straight unleaded and E10 unleaded in both of my (1980's Japanese) cars and can't see a difference in economy or performance.
I wonder if there is a difference in fuel quality or additives between the Australian and American product?

Pete, i admit i have not actually tested fairly the two types of fuels side by side.
I did notice a drop in MPG about the same time they switched to 10 E. But it was not good testing on my part. Now that i have found 100% gas ill have to give it a fair test.

I used to commute a fair distance in a Kia Spectra, and I too saw about a 5-10% difference in MPG. At that time there were still some stations selling straight gasoline, and I figured I could pay up to 8 cents a gallons more and end up getting the same $/mile.

Unfortunately, because of a new law in Florida, the only way you can but straight gasoline now is for off road use.
    1991 Plymouth Acclaim 3L V6.
1 dry cells with nineteen 6"x8" 316L ss plates, driven by constant current PWM set at 35 amps (13.3V at PWM). 28% KOH electrolyte. Total measured output 2.5 lpm. Mileage went from 18 to 26 mpg, all city driving (44% increase). EFIE set at .370 and I still need to play with ignition timing.
