ok, i dont understand this, there is electricity going to the plates, ive changed the solution and nothing is happening, it was working fine, the plates look ok, there is a bit of rust on one, just minor, i dont get it, everything is working fine but no HHO, whats wrong!!!!?

What kind of reactor? Configuration? Electrolyte? MMW?

Same thing happened to me. It seemed it got hot first and then stopped working. I threw out the electrolyte, let the plates dry off for a while , and made new 1% KOH then it started working again. I wonder if maybe oxygen is disolved in the solution and boiling gets rid of it.
