Chemalloy?

Has anyone tested Chemalloy? i know its an obscure alloy metal but it sounds amazing and i was wondering if its ever been used in a hydroxy electrolyzer?

I'm not sure that it's even possible to obtain any of this old alloy, not in england anyway.
Here's a page with some information on it and the recipe ... if anyone is capable of making their own.
