I have a 07 Chevy Silverado 1500 (engine 4.8L) that I am installing HHO on. But I am looking for the best EFIE that is reliable and easy to install and most of all increases MPG. I have looked at the ones below, but want your opinions.

What is the best EFIE that I can use for my truck?? What ones are the best to use??
