any ideas for anti foam solution

I bought spa time anti foaming form home depot and it works but I have to add more in almost every other day because the foam comes back and I notice that it leave nasty brown gunk around my reservoir, has anybody ever use something different and has better result please let me know. Thanks you very much.

If you use NAoH or KAoH it shouldnt be foaming. Anyway, i've seen an antifoam solution at www.safehho.com, reaaly cheap, and works just fine for me. I use NAoH by d way.
