    If you really can not find the materials locally to build a dry cell then consider buying a GOOD one off eBay with someone that has good feedback. At least it would get you started in experimenting and they can be bought on e-bay for 75-200 dollars depending on size and configuration. I am not saying they are the best cells out there (far from it) but their a good way to learn more about their basic properties and construction.

    Have you done a google search for HHO dry cell plans? I used the plans from Tom Punch and made modifications to my specifications.

    It looks OK. It's basically the same design I used to build when I first started doing this crazy sh1t years ago.
