Ok everyone, this is my findings so far; Details 1)Car=2004 Opel Vectra 2.2Dti(Diesel).Mixed driving fuel consumption 43-45 mpg(european gallon=4.54ltrs) town driving 20% with lots stop/starts and tickover,Motorway(Freeway)60-75mph 80%. 2) 1st Drycell=6n2(6 neutrals,2 banks or cells) 2 negative electrodes and 1 positive electrode. 20mm acrylic end plates,2mm 316 ss 200x200 plates with 3mm butyl/epdm gasket rubber seals 8mm wide and cut 45% inside corners for extra strength. 3)Electrolyte=30% Koh with 4.5ltrs distilled water at 3ppm(parts per million) 4)Positive=12% saving on fuel economy mixed driving and no heat! 5)Negative=Max amp draw was 12 amps but very unstable as it would run ar 7 amps one one one run then 10 on another. 6)Just modified the Drycell to 5n3(5 neutrals with 3 banks) and it pulled 43amps in 10 seconds before I shut it down and diluted the electrolyte leaving only a half ltr of original and adding 4ltrs distilled water and still pulles 20amps so I fitted PWM (ZFF type) and dropped it to 16amps for first run.. I will let ye know how it goes but it is making more Hydroxy. Any Comments,Questions or critism are more than welcome!!!!
