HHO Before or After Map

I have an 2009 Silverado 2500 HD truck it has an 6.0l Vortec Motor I have ran a tank of gas with my hho dry cell that puts out 4L per min. it is input before the map and have the waste of money volo chip that have lost miles per gallon from 12 to 10 per gallon any help will be great

Inject after the MAP sensor as close to the throttle body as possible.
