NO THEY ARE NOT!!!
They are extremely lazy, they don't reply to mails, maybe after a month or so, they said that they run their cell on 2-3 lpm at 20 amps, i wouldn't call it a drycell, since they don't use gasket, it's more like a open bath cell hidden in a black box..
Their PWM did not work either, it never changed or showed the amps...
Sorry if I sound a bit extreme, but i've bought from the twice, and i am not happy!
