you know this type of generator?

This generator is manufactured in Spain, is a wet cell, and is very simple, using two steel electrodes 2 inches long by 1 / 4 "wide, one is positive and one negative.
distilled water using a special electrolyte they sell (not used bubbler) also can be used with KOH bubbler but must be added to protect the engine.
the composition of the electrolyte is a trade secret (so they tell me)
I bought one for my wife's car (Ford Fiesta 1.3 ltrs)
seems that there is profit, but what I do not understand how the production is very small (0.15 lpm) 3Amp consumption.
if a generator is as easy as it is only "here in Spain?
electrodes say that last more than 60000 miles.
the price of the generator for up to 2 liter engine is 150 usd

That cell is a joke! It only has two plates which means you will be making steam in no time. There is nothing professional at all about either the cell or the people selling it. I would ask for my money back.
