I read/heard that SS create toxic by product

If this is correct the discussion about SS should stop and move on to next generation ideas which i hear is titanium and we hope other materials in the future

You're thinking of hexavalent (sp?) Chromium. Yes, toxic. Not recommended to drink. However many people do not have the funds to shell out for MMO coated and non MMO coated Titanium plates to "experiment" on. Therefore SS makes a better testbed for the masses than titanium due to price and availability.

as long as i's disposed of properly there isn't any worry. Hex. Chromium is actually used in quite a few processes that are part of our everyday lives. Google it and you'll be surprised.
