    This is what my small gasket it.... the thicker gasket is 60 Durometer...

    My biggest problem with leaks was not properly sanded / sandblasted plates, especially where the gasket sits. Any durometer lover 65 will make your problem consistent and after dozens of bolt tight-ups you will end up with your gasket squized out and as thin as toilet paper.

    Also, I use compression springs to compensate the sealing of the cell with any temperature change. Had to tighten my cell a few times after hot runs. After that no leaks between the gaskets, but the polypropylene sheets leaked between gaskets since their surface is polished. Had to sand them lightly too.
