Do you know if have they every compared their flow meter to Eudiometer and how did it compare?
Roland, it depends on the reactor and the descant filter. Most units I have tested that claim big numbers are only making 1 liter for every 20 amps of dry gas at the best most are much worse. That should give you an idea of how far off it is. Moisture like Shane says makes a huge difference. Now as long as it does not have electrolyte in the moisture then it is usable and beneficial, maybe more so than an equal volume of dry HHO when dealing with a stubborn ECU. You can then argue about quality of the HHO.... yes I know but that still has to be proven at least to me. Not saying that it is not possible just need proof when someone is claiming that their reactor is producing a better quality gas, other wise it is just a sales pitch.
