You really can't 'buy' them. They're easy to build yourself. Do a search in here for 'eudiometer', and look on YouTube for step by step instructions. It's basically just a 1 liter bottle being filled with gas.

Some people have used these meters,

But the results are much more accurate with an eudiometer like lhazleton mentioned above. I've seen a lot of people use the oxygen meters and get high results, but the measurement is not correct. I have one on order and will post the test results of this in a couple of weeks hopefully.

No, it doesn't make sense but it sure makes it look like your system is producing a lot of gas.
Amazon has what I use a flow meter pen used in the home oxygen flow that goes up to 8 liters a minute. I got mine free from my sister in law she works in home health care selling oxygen.
