What is the best metal to use?

So in the videos you use stainless steel (I think) but I was wonder regardless of price what would be the top 3 metals or materials to use for your plates?

From what I have read Nickel 200 18 gauge is the best.

Then stainless steel 316L 18 gauge. This is the common standard around here.

Then finally some people to save money use 304 stainless steel, but it doesn't hold up under the conditions. In fact at the bottom of the the following website shows the difference in how the differant types react in the electrolysis process.

This is all just based on what I have read and I have not done any of my own experiments to see what will do the best.
