I get my HDPE from www.thecuttingboardfactory.com and you can get EPDM .04" black pond liner at home improvement stores and landscape stores. If you think .04" is too thin, then just double up on the gaskets- I did and it doesn't leak a drop.. PM me your email address and I'll shoot you the file..
