Newbie with Dodge Ram

Hi. I have just joined the forum today and am just getting familiar with HHO technology. I have a 1999 Dodge ram 5.9 gas and am looking to hear your thoughts before I go out and buy the wrong materials. I know I would like to run a dry cell, but I have not narrowed down a plate# that would be appropriate. I'm also confused on what other additional components I will need for a 1999 Dodge Ram (efie, map/maf etc.). If there are any Ram guys out there who know of a good setup that works for them, I would really be interested to hear what you have done. Thanks for your time.

I appreciate the help. It's the 5.9 360 magnum v8 (Non-turbo) - they are more common on the ram 1500 series.
For 3 Lpm I assume that I would need at least a 19 plate dry cell right? Would I need any other tuning with an efie or map/maf or is it not necessary for my truck? -Thanks
