Ordered Ultra Guage and HHO Volo Chip For my Saturn SW1.

I'm still researching HHO systems for my Saturn SW1, but I figured my safest first two purchases would be the Ultra Gauge and the HHO Volo Chip.

Has anyone on this forum have any prior experience with either of these products?
