Come to the Darkside - We have Cookies
And lots of KOH (16 LBS)
Not currently running HHO.
I dont run HHO during winter.
AAA Chemicals is the one for now.
If people think water as a fuel is a load of HOOEY, then the price may go DOWN. As demand for KOH goes UP (and it eventually will...) the prices may go UP across the board.
KoH ain't that expensive considering you ain't gotta use but a few flakes
You guys make sure if you run KOH in you H-generator, you use a good bubbler, or flashback suppressor, or at least a "blow-out" on your H-generator, or better yet, all three. If your cell blows, caustic soda all over your engine it could get mighty expensive. Old news? Ok!
Not to worry; had the same problem and wound up ordering from another vendor before we received the first. Both apoligized for the slow service because us HHO-ers were ordering all their inventory. We are causing the slow service, due to our high demand. You'll get yours soon, I'm sure. Cheers, HHO-ing in N. GA

2lbs is good for making 900 liters of electrolyte @ 0.1%
We did use Sodium Hydroxide instead of Potassium Hydroxide due to its corrosiveness. It gives a cleaner water electrolysis with less muddy problem later on when your oxyhydro generator is in use
This is the best place where i fond to be the cheapest place to buy Potassium-Hydroxide-KOH-Potash and Sodium Hydroxide Lye

I plan on using KOH for my catalys as well, what are the requirements and how long does say a 5 pound bag of this last, how much do you have to mix with a gallon of distilled water. Just wondering what the ratio is.
Oh and thanks for all the links on this thread...good information fella's!
